RETURNS
IMPORTANT:
- The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the garments, once received and reviewed in our warehouse.
- Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded.
- Items purchased in a physical store must be returned directly to one of our physical stores.
- During sales or promotion periods, refund times may be extended.
* In the case of our error or a defect , exceptionally we will make the exchange for a garment in optimal conditions at no additional cost to the customer. The change can be made either online or in any of our physical stores .
This type of claim must be made by email to hello@lacomet.com within a period of 30 days from receipt of the online order with the subject: INCIDENCE # YOUR ORDER NUMBER
In this case the customer will be able to choose whether they prefer to make an exchange or a return.
ONLINE RETURNS
- You have to enter the returns portal by clicking here
- Mark the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return
- Choose the shipping method and refund method
- Download the label to paste on the package to be returned and the return form
- Prepare and send.
Let's give a second life to our packaging and use it to package your items so that they arrive to us in perfect condition.
Otherwise, use the packaging you want as long as the contents are well closed and protected. - Enter the returns form and affix the shipping label to the package and that's it!
- The courier will pick up the package the next business day from the request.

LA COMET is not responsible for the costs of the return, except if it is our error, in case of defect (see CHANGES section of our website) or if you send it on your own, but we will help manage it at all times.
The shipping costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order are (they will be discounted at the time of refund, once the garments are received in the central warehouse):

The Client has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact labeling, conveniently packaged in its original envelope/box or, failing that, any other packaging as long as the contents are correctly packaged and protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer.
RETURN OF THE AMOUNT
LA COMET will proceed to make the refund once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The shipping cost will be subtracted from the return amount (detailed above).
The refund will be made within the next 24 business hours, where the customer must receive a notification by email and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days the deposit will be effective using the same payment method used in the online purchase.

RETURNS IN PHYSICAL STORE
DO YOU HAVE A LA COMET STORE NEARBY?
The easiest way to make a return is to go to one of our stores. The steps to follow are:
- Deliver the items to be returned and the purchase receipt that we sent you along with your order. You will receive a ticket as proof of the return.
- Within the next 24 business hours you will receive an email confirming your return.
- And in the next few days you will receive the refund in your bank account (the refund process may take up to 14 days depending on the bank).

ARE YOU NOT CONVINCED BY THE PURCHASE YOU MADE IN A PHYSICAL STORE?
You can return items purchased in-store to any of our physical stores completely free of charge within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Please provide our store colleagues with the original purchase receipt and the items you wish to return, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
