ONLINE ORDER CHANGE

The only way to make an exchange is in one of our physical stores .

You can make an exchange of your original order for the garment(s) you want in a physical store for the same value or greater than your initial purchase.

If the amount of the new item is less, a voucher will be issued in your favor for a purchase in a physical store; There will never be a financial refund in these cases.

If you cannot visit one of our stores, you must process a return online and make another purchase with the garment you want.

In the returns section you will find the details of the process to be carried out.

*In the case of our error or a defect , exceptionally we will make the exchange for a garment in optimal conditions at no additional cost to the customer. The change can be made either online or in any of our physical stores .
This type of claim must be made by email to hello@lacomet.com within a period of 30 days from receipt of the online order with the subject: INCIDENCE # YOUR ORDER NUMBER
In this case the customer will be able to choose whether they prefer to make an exchange or a return.

Very important!
The entire accessories section (jewellery, hair accessories, belts, scarves) cannot be exchanged or returned.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original labeling, conveniently packaged in its box/envelope and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer.

CHANGE OF PURCHASE MADE IN PHYSICAL STORE

You can only exchange garments purchased in our physical stores in any of our stores completely free of charge within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

You can exchange your purchase for the garment(s) you want in a physical store for the same value or greater than your initial purchase.
