If the garment has not convinced you, you have up to 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it.
You can choose between the following 3 options:

1. Do you have a LA COMET store nearby?

The easiest way to make a return is by going to one of Our shops. The steps to follow are:

  1. Go to the store and return the items with the purchase delivery note that we sent you along with your order.
  2. In the following 24 working hours you will receive an e-mail confirming your return.
  3. And in the next few days you will receive the refund in your bank account via the same payment method you used to place the order.

2. Can't you get to one of our stores?

Don't worry, you just have to request an online return!

  1. Request home collection:
    Send us an email at with the subject of the email: RETURN + #NUMBER OF YOUR ORDER
    Tell us what items you want to return and when you want us to pick them up. We will agree with you the collection at your address and we will send you the label to stick on the outside of the package to be returned.
  2. Prepare and send.
    Let's give a second life to our packaging and use it to pack your items so that they reach us in perfect condition. Otherwise, use the packaging you want as long as the content is well closed and protected.
  3. Stick the shipping label on the package and you're done!

Very important! Along with the item you are returning, you must attach the purchase delivery note that we sent you with your initial order.

3. Do you prefer to return it for free?

If you prefer to send us your package using another shipping method, send us an email to detailing which garments you are going to return and specifying that you want to send it on your own.

Very important! Along with the item you are returning, you must attach the purchase delivery note that we sent you with your initial order.

  • The return shipping costs will be deducted from the reimbursement of the garments, once received and checked in our warehouse. Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded.
  • The entire section of accessories (jewellery, hair accessories, belts, foulards, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Items purchased in a physical store must be returned directly to one of our physical stores .
  • In times of sales or promotions, the reimbursement terms may be extended.


LA COMET is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our own mistake, in case of flaws/defects or if you send it on your own), but we will help to manage it at all times.

The shipping costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order are (it will be deducted at the time of the refund, once the garments are received at the central warehouse):

  • Balearic Islands: €6.95
  • Canary Islands: €26.95 * includes customs services
  • Ceuta, Melilla: €43.45 * includes customs services

  • Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom: €16.95
  • Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Croatia, Cyprus, Iceland, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine: €32.95
  • Canada, USA: €34.95
  • Rest of the world: €45

Very important!

The Client has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact labeling, conveniently packaged in its original envelope/box or, failing that, any other packaging as long as the content is properly packaged and protected . The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

LA COMET will proceed to make the refund once we've received the returned product and have verified its good condition. The shipping cost will be subtracted from the amount of the return (detailed above).
The refund will be made in the following 24 working hours, where the customer must receive a notification by email, and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days the deposit will be effective through the same payment method used to make the original online purchase.


You can make a return of the garments bought in store in any of our stores completely free of charge within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Please provide our colleagues in the store with the original purchase receipt and the garments you wish to return, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
