If the garment has not convinced you, you have up to 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it.
Changes in size or color cannot be made, the procedure would be to request a return and make a new purchase with the desired garment.

To process the return you can choose between the following 3 options:

1. Do you have a LA COMET store nearby?

The easiest way to make a return is to go to one of the Our shops. The steps to follow are:

  1. Deliver the items to be returned and the purchase receipt that we sent you along with your order . You will receive a ticket as proof of the return.
  2. Within the next 24 business hours you will receive an email confirming your return.
  3. And in the next few days you will receive the refund in your bank account.

2. Can't you come to one of our stores?

Don't worry, you simply have to request a return online!

  1. Request home pickup:
    Send us an email to with the email subject: DEVO + # YOUR ORDER NUMBER
    Tell us which items you want to return and when you want us to pick them up. We will arrange the collection with you at your home and we will send you the label to stick on the outside of the package to be returned.
  2. Prepare and send.
    Let's give a second life to our packaging and use it to package your items so that they arrive to us in perfect condition. Otherwise, use the packaging you want as long as the contents are well closed and protected.
  3. Stick the shipping label on the package and you're done!

Very important! Along with the item you return to us, you must attach the purchase slip that we sent you with your initial order.

  • The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the garments, once received and reviewed in our warehouse. Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded.
  • The entire accessories section (jewelry, hair accessories, belts, scarves, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Items purchased in a physical store must be returned directly to one of our physical stores .
  • During sales or promotion times, refund periods may be extended.


LA COMET is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error, in the case of a defect or if you send it on your own), but we will help manage it at all times.

The shipping costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order are (they will be discounted at the time of refund, once the garments are received in the central warehouse):

  • Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Croatia, Cyprus, Iceland, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine: €39.95
  • Canada, USA: €39.95
  • Rest of the world: €58.95

Very important!

The Client has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact labeling, conveniently packaged in its original envelope/box or, failing that, any other packaging as long as the contents are correctly packaged and protected . The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer.

LA COMET will proceed to make the refund once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The shipping cost will be subtracted from the return amount (detailed above).
The refund will be made within the next 24 business hours, where the customer must receive a notification by email and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days the deposit will be effective using the same payment method used in the online purchase.

3. Do you prefer to return it for free?

If you prefer to send us your package using another shipping method, before sending it, send us an email to detailing which items you are going to return and specifying that you want to send it on your own. (In this case the cost of the return is borne by the customer and we will not deduct it from the total amount of the return)

You can return items purchased in store in any of our stores physical items completely free of charge within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Please provide our store colleagues with the original purchase receipt and the items you wish to return, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
