ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGES
The only way to exchange your order is in one of our physical stores.
You can exchange your original order for the garment(s) you want in a physical store of the same value or higher than your initial purchase. If the price of the new item is less than the original, a voucher will be issued in your favor for a purchase in one of our physical stores; there will never be an economic return in these cases.
If you cannot go to one of our stores, you must process an online return and make another purchase with the new item you want.
In the returns section you will find the details of the process to be carried out.
*In the case of our own mistake or a flaw, exceptionally we will make the change for a garment in optimal conditions at no additional cost to the customer. The change can be made both online or in any of our physical stores.
This type of claim must be made within a 30 days of receiving the online order via email to marketing@lacomet.com with the subject: INCIDENCE + #NUMBER OF YOUR ORDER
In this case, the customer can choose between an exchange or a return.
Very important!
The entire section of accessories (jewellery, hair accessories, belts, foulards, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
The customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original labeling, conveniently packaged in its box/envelope and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer.
EXCHANGE OF PURCHASE MADE IN PHYSICAL STORES
You can only make an exchange of the garments purchased in our physical stores at any of our stores completely free of charge within a maximum of 30 days since the date of purchase.
You can exchange your purchase for the garment(s) you want in a physical store for an item of the same value or higher than your initial purchase.
If the amount of the new item is inferior, a voucher will be issued in your favor for a purchase in a physical store; there will never be an economic return in these cases.
*In the case of our error or a defect, we will make the exchange for a garment in optimal conditions at no additional cost to the client. The change must be made in any of our physical stores. This type of claim must be made within a period of 30 days from the moment of purchase in any of our physical stores.
