EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

15 DAYS FOR RETURN

If you are not satisfied with any item, you have up to 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it.

WE DO NOT OFFER ONLINE SIZE/COLOR EXCHANGES

In this case, the procedure to follow would be to process an online return and make a new purchase with the desired garment.
The only way to make a change to an online order is in one of our physical stores.

ACCESSORIES CANNOT BE RETURNED

All accessories (jewelry, hair accessories, belts, and scarves) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Mikado diffusers are also non-refundable.

IMPORTANT:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the garments, once they have been received and checked in our warehouse.
  • Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded.
  • Items purchased in a physical store must be returned/exchanged directly at one of our physical stores.
  • During sales or promotional periods, refund periods may be extended.
  • Any customs duties and fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

* In the event of an error on our part or a defect , we will exceptionally exchange the item for a garment in perfect condition at no additional cost to the customer. Exchanges can be made online or in any of our physical stores.

This type of claim must be made by email to
hello@lacomet.com within 30 days of receiving the online order with the subject: INCIDENT #YOUR ORDER NUMBER
In this case, the customer can choose whether they prefer to make an exchange or a refund.
