EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
IMPORTANT:
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the garments, once they have been received and checked in our warehouse.
- Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded.
- Items purchased in a physical store must be returned/exchanged directly at one of our physical stores.
- During sales or promotional periods, refund periods may be extended.
- Any customs duties and fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
* In the event of an error on our part or a defect , we will exceptionally exchange the item for a garment in perfect condition at no additional cost to the customer. Exchanges can be made online or in any of our physical stores.
This type of claim must be made by email to hello@lacomet.com within 30 days of receiving the online order with the subject: INCIDENT #YOUR ORDER NUMBER
In this case, the customer can choose whether they prefer to make an exchange or a refund.
CHANGES
The only way to make a change to an online order is in one of our physical stores :
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to make an exchange.
- You can exchange your original order for any item(s) you want in a physical store for the same or higher value than your initial purchase.
- If the price of the new item is lower, a voucher will be issued in your favor for a purchase in a physical store; there will never be a cash refund in these cases.
If you cannot visit one of our stores , you will need to process an online return and make another purchase with the item you want.
* In the case of an error on our part or a defect related to an online order:
- This type of claim must be made by email to hello@lacomet.com within 30 days of receiving the online order with the subject: INCIDENT #YOUR ORDER NUMBER
- As an exception, we will exchange the item for a garment in optimal condition at no additional cost to the customer.
- The change can be made either online or in any of our physical stores.
- In this case, the customer can choose whether they prefer to make an exchange or a refund.

The entire accessories section (jewelry, hair accessories, belts, scarves) cannot be exchanged or returned.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer is obligated to return the product in perfect condition, with the original size and price tags, properly packaged in its box/envelope and adequately protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer.
The only way to exchange an in-store purchase is at one of our physical stores .
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a free exchange.
- You can exchange your purchase for any item(s) you want in a physical store for the same or greater value than your initial purchase.
- If the price of the new item is lower, a voucher will be issued in your favor for a purchase in a physical store; there will never be a cash refund in these cases.
If you can't visit one of our stores , you'll need to process a return online and place another order for the item you want. Details of the process are below.

- You must provide the original purchase receipt to our colleagues in the store.
- We will exchange the item for a garment in perfect condition at no additional cost to the customer. The exchange must be made at any of our physical stores.
- In this case, the customer can choose whether they prefer to make an exchange or a refund.

- Choose your shipping method and refund method
- Download the label to stick on the package to be returned and the return form
- Prepare and send.
Let's give our packaging a second life and use it to pack your items so they arrive in perfect condition.
Otherwise, use any packaging you like as long as the contents are properly sealed and protected. - Insert the return form and affix the shipping label to the package, and you're done!
- The courier will come to collect the package on the next working day after the request.

LA COMET is not responsible for return costs, except if it is our mistake, in case of a defect (see EXCHANGES section of our website) or if you send it on your own, but we will help manage it at all times.

REFUND OF AMOUNT
LA COMET will process the refund once it has received the returned product and verified its good condition. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (detailed above).
The refund will be processed within the next 24 business hours, where the customer should receive an email notification and within a maximum of 14 calendar days the deposit will be effective through the same payment method used in the online purchase.
This option is only valid for orders from Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
*The territories of Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar, and Portugal will not be able to take advantage of this option.

- Include in the package the original delivery note from your purchase or the return form that you will receive by mail. ⚠️ You DO NOT need to print or show any label or QR code at the post office.
- You can go to any CORREOS office and at the counter you have to mention that you want to make a return through CORREOS EXPRESS reverse logistics with the code: LACOMET-PENINSULA or LACOMET-ISLAS (WITHOUT LABEL)

IN-STORE RETURNS
IS THERE A LA COMET STORE NEARBY?
The easiest way to make a return is by visiting one of our stores. The steps to follow are:
- Return the items and the delivery note that we sent you with your order. You will receive a receipt as proof of return.
- Within the next 24 business hours you will receive an email confirming your refund.
- And in the next few days you will receive the refund in your bank account (the refund process may take up to 14 days depending on the bank).
