    SHIPMENTS

    Here are all our shipping conditions:

    • Shipping times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or affected by strikes and/or other force majeure events beyond LA COMET's control.
    • You can choose to receive your order at home or at one of our physical stores.
    • We cannot ship to our stores in the Balearic Islands.
    • If an order is returned to our central warehouse after several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may choose to:
      - Request a new shipment, paying the shipping costs again.
      - Receive a voucher for the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
    • Orders delivered to the store can be picked up at any time; however, after 14 days from arrival and after the appropriate notification, if the customer requests a return, the order may be canceled without a refund, and a voucher for the corresponding amount will be offered instead.
    • If necessary, taxes and duties will be paid by the customer at the destination.
