ON-DEMAND PURCHASE PROCESS

Always consult your sales agent to place an on-demand or pre-order.

1. What is On-Demand selling?

Secure stock for the upcoming season by placing your order in advance and joining our production process.

2. Placing orders

A separate order must be placed for each delivery:

• Drop 1
• Drop 2

3. Purchase periods

Spring / Summer Collection
From June 1st to October 15th of the year prior to the season.

Autumn / Winter Collection
From November 15th to March 30th of the year prior to the season.

4. Delivery dates

Spring / Summer

• Drop 1: February 15th
• Drop 2: March 15th

Autumn / Winter

• Drop 1: August 1st
• Drop 2: September 1st

5. Invoicing and payment terms

• The invoice will be issued when the merchandise leaves our warehouse.
• Payment will be collected by direct debit 30 days from the invoice date.
• It is essential to have the SEPA mandate duly completed and signed before the order is shipped.

6. Shipping

• Free shipping for orders over €3,000 (taxes not included).
• For orders below this amount, the corresponding shipping costs will apply.

PRONTO MODA PURCHASE PROCESS

• You can place orders year-round on LA COMET's current collection.
• The purchase is made based on the actual stock available in our warehouse at any given time.
• To place an order, add all the desired references, sizes, and quantities to your cart.
• Once we receive your request, we will confirm the actual stock available.
• We will send you a delivery note with the purchase details so you can proceed with the payment.
• Payment must be made by bank transfer. Once received, we will ship the order to your store.
• For orders under €3000, shipping costs are added to the invoice.
• There is no minimum order or minimum quantities.
• On-demand and fast fashion orders must be placed separately, adding a note indicating what type of order it is, if there is more than one.

SEASONS

We work with four main seasons. The product will be available B2B around the following dates, with new product capsules released throughout each season:

• Spring — January 2
• Summer — March 15
• Autumn — August 16
• Winter — November 1

FACTORY PURCHASE PROCESS

• Request any current or iconic LA COMET garment at any time.
• Send an email to distribution@lacomet with details of the items you want to order.
• Once we receive your request, we will send you a delivery note with the purchase details to proceed with payment: 30% upon confirming the order and 70% before the goods leave the warehouse.
• After receiving the initial payment, we will place the order with the factory and confirm the estimated delivery date.
• Minimum order: 100 units per reference, with a minimum of 25 units per size (it is not necessary to order all sizes).

SEASONS

• Factory orders are not seasonal; any garment can be ordered at any time of the year.
