- Shipping times may be extended during promotional or holiday periods, or may be affected by strikes and/or other force majeure events not attributable to LA COMET.
- You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to our physical stores.
- If an order is returned to our central warehouse after several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may choose to:
- Request a new shipment, paying the shipping costs again.
- Receive a voucher for the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
- Orders sent to the store can be picked up without a mandatory return delivery; however, after 14 days of arrival and after proper notification, if the customer requests a return, the order may be canceled without a refund, and a voucher for the corresponding amount may be offered instead.
- If necessary, taxes and duties will be paid by the customer at the destination.
