1. Organizer

The company LA COMET RETAIL S.L., with Tax ID B67351353, registered office at C/ Enric Morera nº16, 08950, Esplugues de Llobregat, and owner of the brand LA COMET (hereinafter, "LA COMET"), is organizing a promotional giveaway to celebrate the launch of the new LA COMET collection "Wild at Heart."

2. Purpose of the giveaway

LA COMET is organizing this promotional campaign to celebrate the launch of its new "Wild at Heart" collection and to thank its customers for their loyalty.

Through this promotion, individuals who make online purchases during the established period will have the chance to win a two-night stay at Forest Days Wild Camp, the lodging where the collection’s photo shoot took place.

3. Participation period

The giveaway will begin on October 16, 2026, at 00:00 and will end on October 29, 2026, at 23:59 (Spanish Peninsular Time).

Only orders placed and confirmed within this period will be eligible to participate.

Orders placed before or after these dates will not be entered into the giveaway.

4. Participation requirements

All individuals who meet the following requirements may participate in the giveaway:

• Be over 18 years of age.
• Place at least one order on the official LA COMET online store during the participation period.
• Provide valid contact information at the time of purchase to be reached regarding the prize.

Participation is automatic. There is no need to register, use a promotional code, or perform additional actions on social media.

Each valid order placed during the promotional period counts as one entry into the giveaway. Therefore, the same person may accumulate multiple entries by placing different orders.

No extra costs or surcharges will apply for participating.

Employees of the organizing company and those directly involved in the management of the giveaway are excluded.

5. Prize

The giveaway will have one single winner, who will receive the following prize:

A 2-night stay at Forest Days Wild Camp.

The prize includes:

• Accommodation for two consecutive nights.
• A stay for 2 people.
• Accommodation at the Forest Days Wild Camp facilities, subject to their booking terms and availability.

Prize terms:
The prize must be redeemed between October 30, 2026, and June 30, 2027.

The dates of the stay will be arranged with Forest Days Wild Camp and are subject to availability.
The prize does not include transportation, travel expenses, personal expenses, or any additional services not expressly indicated in these terms and conditions.

The prize is personal and non-transferable, and it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.

The estimated commercial value of the prize is €430, taxes included.

6. Selection of the winner

Once the participation period has ended, LA COMET will compile the valid orders placed between October 16 and October 29, 2026.

One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

The drawing will be conducted using a computerized random selection procedure to ensure the impartiality of the result.

LA COMET will also select [2] alternates, in order, in the event that the winner does not meet the established requirements or does not accept the prize.

Orders that are canceled, fraudulent, or do not comply with these terms will be excluded. In the event of a subsequent return, the provisions of section 8 shall apply.

7. Announcement of the winner

The winner will be announced on Friday, October 30, 2026, at noon, via the stories on the official LA COMET Instagram account, @la_comet, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Additionally, LA COMET will contact the winner directly via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

The winner will have a maximum period of 72 hours from the receipt of the notification to accept the prize and provide the necessary information to process it.

If no response is received within that period, the winner forfeits the prize, or if they do not meet the established requirements, LA COMET may contact the first selected alternate.

8. Canceled or returned orders

Orders canceled or voided before the winner selection will not be considered valid entries.

Returns made in accordance with LA COMET's return policy and the legally recognized rights of consumers cannot be penalized or limited due to participation in this promotion.

Any issues related to returned orders and their effect on the giveaway will be resolved in compliance with current regulations and the terms of the promotion.

9. Prize taxation

The prize will be subject to applicable Spanish tax regulations.

LA COMET will assume the tax withholding or payment-on-account obligations that legally correspond to it as the organizing entity.

The winner will be responsible for any personal tax obligations derived from receiving the prize.

LA COMET may request the necessary tax information to fulfill these obligations.

10. Personal data protection

The personal data of participants will be processed by LA COMET Retail S.L., as the data controller, for the purpose of managing the giveaway, verifying entries, selecting the winner, and delivering the prize.

The legal basis for the processing will be our privacy policy and the GDPR.

The data required to manage the prize may be shared with Forest Days Wild Camp and the providers involved in its delivery.

The data will be stored for the time necessary to manage the promotion and, subsequently, for the periods required by relevant legal obligations.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability, where applicable, by contacting LA COMET at hello@lacomet.com.

Participation in the giveaway does not in itself imply subscription to commercial communications.

11. Liabilities

LA COMET will not be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by participants.

The stay will be subject to the operational rules and accommodation terms of Forest Days Wild Camp.

Any modification required due to exceptional circumstances will be communicated transparently to participants, respecting their rights and without unjustifiably altering the essential terms of the giveaway.

12. Instagram

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Instagram is released from liability in relation to the organization and execution of this promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

The organization and management of the giveaway are exclusively the responsibility of LA COMET.

13. Acceptance of terms

Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of these legal terms.

Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and the mandatory consumer protection regulations that may apply.
